Coach Tim has been coaching Age Group 3 at Franconia Rec Center since 2017 and has been coaching since 2008. In addition to NCAP, he has also coached Alexandria Masters since 2011 and the Rolling Forest Tidal Waves since 2025. Outside of the pool, he’s a tech executive. Fun fact: he was a 3x back to back Potomac Valley LMSC Plunge champion.
