Paul have been coaching the MVP Gators for 20 years. Before that he swam and coached at Hayfield Farm growing up. Paul has also been an NCAP coach for 25 years. He is the Head Age Group Coach and coaches the Senior Prep and Age Group Performance swimmers in the mornings. When he isn’t coaching Paul is an avid bike rider.
