Kelli has been a coach for NCAP Alexandria for the past 3 years. She is also our registrar and our payroll administrator. Kelli has been coaching at all levels from developmental to competitive athletes for over 30 years. She and her husband Paul Makin just celebrated their 20 th year with the Mount Vernon Park Gators and have been instrumental in helping other summer coaches through the NVSL Coaches program. Kelli has been a swimmer in the Northern Virginia area since 1985, growing up through the NVSL and PVS leagues as well as swimming college for University of Mary Washington. She has three children who all swam in the NCAP Alexandria program.
