Katie McWilliams coaches Age Group 3 on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Franconia Rec Center. She has been coaching with J&M for 14 years. Katie began her coaching career while in college, leading a summer swim team in the Chicago area. Since 2009, she has served as head coach for the Virginia Hills Summer Team. A former distance swimmer at the University of Virginia, Katie draws on her competitive background to provide knowledgeable, structured, and encouraging instruction to swimmers of all levels. During the day, she is a third grade teacher in Fairfax County.
