Coach Dylan grew up swimming for the Waynewood Dolphins and has been coaching there for the last 15 years. His favorite parts are Pep Rallies, Game Days and Monday night B-Meets that threaten to run into Tuesday morning. Coach Dylan’s goal every year is to make sure that the Waynewood Dolphins are the biggest, loudest, and most fun team in the NVSL. Dylan coaches’ morning fitness and two nights a week for NCAP and in his spare time he teaches middle school for FCPS.
