Jill grew up swimming in the NVSL at Mantua, starting when she was seven years old. She swam competitively with NCAP starting at eight until she went to swim in college at George Mason University. She has been coaching with NCAP for the past six years. In her NVSL career, Jill was first an assistant coach at Mantua then was the Head Coach at Fox Mill and currently is the Head Coach at Orange Hunt. Jill has passion for team building and ensuring everyone feels part of the team. She also excels at developing coaches and swimmers. Jill is a special education teacher and has a natural talent for breaking things down step by step for coaches and swimmers.
