Bethany Banal Lead Coach for the Mt Vernon AM Hybrid. She has been a coach with J&M since the beginning of the 2025-2026 swim season. She has been a full time coach for the last 19 years working with NBAC and AAC. She has been the Head Coach at Belle Haven Country Club for the last 12 years. She is a stay at home mom to 3 kiddos under 4. Fun fact: before she trained humans she was a Marine Bio major @ UWF and trained dolphins
