Throughout the year, J&M hosts and participates in a variety of swim meets, training camps, clinics, and special team events. Our events are designed to provide swimmers with opportunities to compete, improve their skills, build confidence, and strengthen team camaraderie.
Our Spring Stroke Clinic focuses on refining technique in all four competitive strokes. Swimmers will receive detailed instruction from our coaching staff to improve efficiency, starts, and turns before the upcoming competition season.
Join us for our Summer Kickoff Meet to launch the competitive season. This event provides swimmers the opportunity to race, track early-season times, and build team spirit.
A three-day intensive training camp designed for committed competitive swimmers. Focus areas include endurance training, race strategy, mental preparation, and advanced stroke refinement.
